How long does delivery take? 

3 – 6 business days.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your package has been prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with the details of your shipment and your tracking number.

 

How much do I pay for shipping? 

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.

 

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 states and can ship to PO, APO and FPO addresses.

 

How can I track my shipment?

Once your package has been prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with the details of your shipment and your tracking number via United States Postal Service.

 

I made a mistake in my order, how can I change it?

If a change is necessary, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you.

Which payment methods do you offer?

There are several payment options available on our site. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

 

Do I have to pay sales tax? 

We only charge sales tax for purchases made within states which mandate sale tax. Sales tax is charged on the order total and includes product and shipping charges.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange the products I have ordered?

You have the right to exchange or return for a full refund if you are ever dissatisfied. No questions asked.

When you return or exchange an item, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will exchange your item or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. However, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.

We do not take responsibility for any item(s) lost during the return shipping.

May I return items I purchased from a retail store with jaysshoebox.com? 

No, currently any products purchased from a retail store should be returned at the retail store where it was purchased.

 

What happens if I get damaged or wrongly packaged products?

Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged item(s), please contact us through the contact form and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your preference.
